Approach

How will we address your wastewater challenge?

​​​​​​Mapping

First we will identify the different streams that have to be purified. This could be done based on your business information or by means of a waste stream mapping by our internal experts. In doing so, we emphasize the trouble causing component, the volume, logistical costs and the processing costs.

Technology Screening

In this stage we will support you in our own laboratory by assessing which purification technique and/or combination of techniques leads towards the desired outcome for specific streams. InOpSys is a system integrator and we combine existing technologies with our own techniques such as Advanced Oxidation Processes (AOP's).  

 

Creation of Circular Economy

Primary goal is to purify your wastewater. In addition we seek to transpose the secreted components (metals, solvents,...) again in raw materials for other companies. InOpSys will look for a partner in Circular Economy that can recover and reuse the potential recovered raw materials in its production process.

Business model

Finally we will implement the developed purification and recovering process for you. We will take responsibility for Designing, Building, Financing, but also Operating and Maintaining this installation. The result is an on-site solution brought by us for your wastewater challenges using an OPEX model.

Our concept avoids transport and incineration of wastewater. Valuable water and raw materials can be recovered. This results in less CO2 emissions, more sustainability and a smaller carbon footprint. 

Cost reduction

InOpSys succeeds in combining sustainability and cost reduction in the field of waste management. On top of that, there can be saved on storage, planning and logistics.

 

No investment

InOpSys offers the on-site wastewater treatment using a CAPEX free model. Your company does not have to invest and pays by amount of treated wastewater, so OPEX.

 

Easy / no logistics

Our mobile treatment plant will be on-site, on your plant, with less or no temporary storage, no logistical planning, and no frequent truck loads.

On September 25th 2015, countries adopted a set of goals to end poverty, protect the planet and ensure prosperity for all as part of a new sustainable development agenda. Each goal has specific targets to be achieved over the next 15 years.

Our Facilities & Services

Laboratory

We can support you in our own laboratory by assessing which purification technique and/or combination of techniques leads towards the desired outcome for specific streams. InOpSys is a system integrator and we combine existing technologies with our own techniques.

In our laboratory we can execute different analysis and screenings for different wastewater treament process developments. We also focus on our own new developments in wastewater technology.

Specific:

With our technologies we can provide a proof of concept for the removal of multiple steroid/hormonal components. We can provide a fast and efficient detection of ppq (fM) levels of estrogens, androgens, progestagens, glucocorticoids according to client needs.

 

 

Mobile Advanced Oxidation Process Unit

We have a mobile AOP unit available for pilot and full scale testing. This unit can treat wastewaters with toxic, non-biodegradable and/or persistent compounds.
