Profile
Affinity with chemical process installations (or their maintenance)
Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
Able to work both independently and in a team, while maintaining a clear overview of priorities
Capable of planning and organizing own work efficiently
Basic knowledge of electromechanics
Willing to travel frequently between sites as part of the job
Gains energy and motivation from both hands-on operational work on our installations and from analysing and improving processes
Experience with chemical production processes or service activities on process installations
Responsibilities
After a training period, you will be responsible for one of our installations at a customer site
You will carry out the full scope of operational activities on the installation on-site and ensure close coordination with the customer
You will plan shutdowns, manage consumption and ordering of raw materials, and organize both planned and unplanned technical interventions on the installation
You analyse and resolve issues within your installation and propose continuous improvement actions
You maintain direct contact with our suppliers regarding raw materials and spare parts required for the reliable operation of your unit
You contribute to the improvement of our installations, mainly in the areas of automation and process control
